How I Know Therapy is Working

Therapy is working when you begin to feel more in tune with yourself, notice shifts in your thinking, and experience an increased ability to manage stress and emotional challenges. You may also start to feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

What Inspired Me to Become a Therapist

I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their stories, struggles, and resilience. What inspired me most was witnessing the power of connection and healing through meaningful conversation. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to create space for others to feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow.

What to Expect When Working with Me

Clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where they’re truly heard and respected. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach—working at your pace, with your goals in mind. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

My Hobbies

I love spending time with my little family. Road trips are my favorite, and finding the best playgrounds and malls around me is one of my favorite pastimes!
