How I Know Therapy is Working

Therapy is working when you begin to feel more in tune with yourself, notice shifts in your thinking, and experience an increased ability to manage stress and emotional challenges. You may also start to feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

What Inspired Me to Become a Therapist

I’ve always had a deep interest in people’s stories and what shapes their inner worlds. Becoming a therapist was a natural path—one rooted in my desire to support others in their healing, to offer space for growth, and to help individuals build tools for navigating life with confidence and resilience.

What to Expect When Working with Me

You can expect an open and supportive space where you are heard, valued, and respected. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based practices while ensuring our time together feels personal, not clinical. I believe in balancing honesty and challenge with warmth and humor when appropriate.

My Hobbies

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music, exploring new places, and engaging in creative hobbies like journaling and DIY projects. I also value quiet moments of reflection and mindfulness to recharge.
